· IRLM Crown Ball, Saturday 16 Dec., Odd Fellows Hall, Race Street, San Jose.
· IRLM Black & Blue Ball, Feb. 17th, King of Clubs, Mountain View.

CLUB REPORTS: Membership Report – Omega · 28 members. 2 new members signed up at Leather Weekend.
Treasury Report - Loren · No report.
OLD BUSINESS: Reports: · Leather Weekend 2006 – Dave C. reported that it was a great event, well attended by members, guests and other clubs. Estimated over $6,000.00 was made. Full financial report to follow.
· ACLC Santa’s Slave Auction: Rod and Allen attended, representing our club. Had a good time. Leather Forum Dinner: Omega reported that he and Bobbie attended, representing SCCLA. Other SCCLA members present were: Stephanie, Paul T. Event was well attended by representatives from several clubs.
· Bar Schmooze: Lance and Omega reported that about 10-12 people were in attendance. Good time was enjoyed by all. Kevin stated that he and Andy will host in January.
Status on: · Website: Lance reported that Jason had paid and donated the fees ($90.00) for the site.
Committee Reports:
· None to report.
NEW BUSINESS:
New Event/Activity Proposals:
· Holiday expedition / Vasona Park: Wyatt report that there had not been much response to any proposals. No further action, due to lack of interest and time constraints.
· Scotch and Cigars Party: Lance brought forward a discussion from the Bar Schmooze night about having an event featuring a open bar with cigars, possibly in conjunction with a play party following at Edges, open invitation with advance ticket sales. It was suggested that this might be better held during the summer, for weather conditions, and that further discussion be held on-line to determine club member interest.
· San Jose Gay Pride: Dave C. informed that Leather Masters had been approached by the new in-coming chair of the event planning committee about a new concept regarding Leather Alley at the SJGP event. It was decided to invite the new chair to the Feb. meeting to discuss possible changes in the event regarding LA area, and the clubs return involvement.
· 2007 Event Calendar: Dave C will work up a draft for the Jan. meeting.
· Leather Night at Renegades – Lance will talk to Luis about setting up one in either Jan. or Feb., and report back.
